Meeting Mimi

We had lunch with my cousin Emily (Mimi) and her husband Chris today. The last time we saw them Avelyn was a month and a half old. She slept the whole visit and Emily held her like she was a Fabergé egg. It was really cute. This time around she was a little more relaxed, which was good since after lunch Avelyn whined and cried for about 30 minutes. We girls went for a walk while the guys watched football so I think everyone enjoyed themselves. Poor Chris is finishing up nursing training in the Army and has been working nights in ICU. He takes his NCLEX next week so say a prayer for him!
